Gabriela Hearst offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the designer tags and security seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
